Tyler M. Allen is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. After relocating to Arizona, Mr. Allen received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Phoenix School of Law. Mr. Allen is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona and the State of Colorado. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court.
Before opening Queen Creek Law Firm, Mr. Allen was employed at multiple prominent Phoenix area law firms where he represented hundreds of clients in both misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, all types of DUI charges, in addition to personal injury matters.
Mr. Allen is a trial attorney with extensive experience successfully representing clients in jury trials and has attained multiple not-guilty jury verdicts and acquittals. Within his criminal practice, Mr. Allen has successfully defended clients accused of aggravated assault, robbery, theft, shoplifting, prostitution, and domestic violence. In addition, Mr. Allen has extensive experience defending clients throughout Arizona in vehicular cases, including alcohol and drug related DUI cases, allegations of leaving an accident scene, aggressive and reckless driving cases, and civil traffic violations including photo radar tickets.
In addition to practicing law, Mr. Allen volunteers his time and provides pro bono legal services to the Arizona Disabled American Veterans Legal Clinic.
Elizabeth Allen is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Affairs with concentrations in Humanitarian Affairs and Spanish. After relocating to Arizona, she worked in higher education and online advertising as well as owning and operating her own photography business.
Elizabeth manages the daily operations of Queen Creek Law Firm, prioritizing client care, communication, and attention to detail. Outside of the office, Elizabeth’s interests include photography, hiking, volunteering and traveling.
